Austin Profile Development maintains a direct real-time interface with the Austin Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Exchange (MLX) computer system.
 
Our real-time interface permits you the viewer to have complete access to all available listed properties in the Austin area by means of our propriety search engine.
 
By making the selection options according to your property specifications, you can quickly determine what properties are available that match your needs.
 
To initiate a search of the available properties, remember LESS (fewer requirements) is always better in defining the criteria of the property you are searching for! You can always add additional criteria and initiate another search.
 
Start searching by selecting PROPERTY SEARCH on the Menu above and then clicking on the button. This action will initiate a search of all 12,000+ MLS records in the database. The first 250 property records will be displayed in the order specified by the ORDER RESULTS drop down list.
 
To modify your search, click the button and select criteria such as price, size, etc. which will cause only those properties to be displayed that match your new specifications.
